Could you be the full-time Project/Program Documentation Manager (PrDM) in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Dariusz (Director PM & Bids Poland based in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll define and implement Documentation Management within the Project/Program organization to help us meet strict all deadlines and provide support to the Project Manager to ensure optimal project performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with an international and local team, overseeing and executing Documentation Life Cycle. You’ll provide sound, considered, and accurate information that improves information flow, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically assist the Project Manager with define and monitoring  completeness of Project Documentation.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Manage documentation management requirements from the Customer and makes sure rules defined in the DMP (Documentation Management Plans) are understood and applied by every team member
  • Define & analyses documentation reporting, indicators to be provided by Documentation Controller and report analysis to its department head, PM& Core Team Manager, team members and Customer (when required)
  • Adapts and implements the documentation structure in accordance with standards and manages, in applying internal rules/instructions, Document translation, record management and physical archiving
  • Participate to configuration reviews to guarantee integration in all activities of the team members that are involved with documentation.
